: Movement Meditation 31
Meditation Yoga ne of the most recognized styles is Osho’s Movement Meditation. Five stages of movement including closing with silence and stillness. Movements paired with soundscapes to guide you through the stages. Some people experience freedom. Some people find space to organize their thoughts and some people find ease in their body. Osho was an Indian philosopher you specialize in meditation. You can do this meditation alone but to start with it can be helpful to do it with other people. It is an individual experience so remain oblivious of others around you. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. 4 People needed to sign up to ensure this event happens
